Excellent venue for 'zeitgeist' time spirit fashion show from the beautiful people of Leeds uni

I study in London and my uni looks deserted now after Covid, it's all plastered with "no pass" signage, canteens have not reopen yet, whilst The refectory at Leeds university is so alive and just hosted Damnation Festival. Special points for Humpit, delicious vegan food. Was disappointed by Wok&Go, pait 8.90 for a large Spicy Tofu Noodles box, ant only got 3 very small tofu pieces, really sad and an obvious rip off.

Didn't eat here, went to gig to watch The Vandoliers, Less than Jake & Bowling for Soup. Excellent gig, good sound quality. Very warm due to low ceiling. Will definitely visit again.

Love the food at the Refectory. Really good range of meals to suit everyone and the prices are very reasonable.

The refectory is normally a canteen that serves a range of food at a decent price, but it sometimes is converted into an events space. I saw Bowling for Soup perform here and although the choice of venue may seem odd it was a great event with great staff and facilities.

Wonderful, mitic and remarkable place due to the big Rock Stars who performed here and the facilities couldn't be better.

The refectory is what all canteens should look like. It is quick. Wide choice of good well cooked food. Portions are decent but cheap. Service is very nice.

As far as uni canteen food goes, this is slightly above average, perfectly edible most of the time. Can't ask for more than that. They have a good variety to choose from, although most of it is still fried. The staff have all been perfectly lovely and patient. They are a highlight.
